Who hasn't heard the old saying "early to bed, early
to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise"? Everyone's
heard it, but of course the problem is that it is not so

An article in the November 1995 issue of CONSUMER
REPORTS published a list of herbs that might help and herbs

The products come in tablet or capsule form. These tablets
