Nightmares: Terrors of the Night.Sigmund Freud, who was a famous researcher of the theory of dreams, thought childhood punishments caused nightmares. However, there are some ways to treat nightmare. Recently, most major treatment is called "lucid dream". Lucid dream approach has the potential to alter 3 or 4 distress producing aspects of the nightmare Moreover, for people who have a lot of nightmares, the lucid dream approach can change their live greatly, and give interesting opportunity to begin such a change.
